The Construction and Neighborhood
Services Department is responsible for administering and enforcing the
Building Codes, Subdivision Control and Zoning Ordinances of the
City. The department provides building plan review, permit issuance
and inspection services, and coordinates the activities of the
Planning and Zoning Commission.
